A user group has record type 1 and no OS/400 user profile does exist. No fields, other than name, description and record type exist.

Some fields will be displayed for use of radio button only.

A green N indicates : no data, a white D indicates that data authorities are stored.

Radio buttons are possible in the user group on pages 1, 2, 3 and 4.

If up to now (up to V3R2M08 of PCSACC/400) a user e.g. BUSCH eventually has been user group and user concurrently. With V4R1 of PCSACC/400 a user group BUSCH9 will be created during installation. It contains data authorities of user BUSCH. For all current members of user group BUSCH, the new user group BUSCH9 will be inserted.

This allows to store common accesses for multiple users once.
