Question How to detect users that have been registered automatically? Answer Screen for refresh can be displayed by pressing function key F5 in the user menu:
By specifying QNEW and 3 on this screen, all users will be displayed belonging to group QNEW.
New users get a copy of user record QDEFAULT. In order to detect new users, the record will be marked with group QNEW. Group QNEW is for marking of new users only. All exit programs ignore entry QNEW, each other entry in field for group profile will be treated as group. |
